  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    You can either submit a contact form on the website or call the office at 330-956-5681.
  • Are you currently accepting new clients?
    People cancel and schedules open up every day! For the most accurate information about a therapist's schedule, please call the office 33-956-5681.
  • How does Telehealth work?
    Once you schedule an appointment with one of our therapists, they will instruct you how and with what application the session will be conducted on. Some use Skype and others use Zoom. If a therapist has an iPhone, they might even suggest FaceTiming you. It just depends! They will send you an email that contains a video link and confirmation.
  • Instead fo scheduling for a therapy session, how do I schedule for another one of your services?"
    On our Services page, we provide the professionals' phone number since they keep track of their own schedules separately from the counselors. It's easiest, and highly recommended, to call the provided number in their section to schedule an appointment.
