William Maxon-Kann PCC-S, PhD
Mark Jones, Yoga Instructor
As a trained ballet dancer, at the age of 42, I began a practice in yoga after observing my 77 year-old mom, who has been practicing yoga for over 30 yrs, swoop with ease to pick up a kitten. Committed at that moment to whatever it would take to earn such gracefulness, I began to study classical yoga in a personal yoga style that combined a joy of movement with the strength of stillness. This naturally evolved into teaching. I received the 200 hour level Brahmrishi yoga teacher training certificate in 2009.
